YourBrand.com ("we", "us", "our") provides an all-in-one marketing platform including funnels, email, automations, courses, and websites. This privacy policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what your choices are.

Account details (name, email, password)
Billing information (handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers)
Content you create (funnels, emails, course material, contact lists)
Communications you send us (support tickets, replies, feedback)

Device and browser info (IP address, OS, browser type)
Usage data (pages viewed, features used, timestamps)
Cookies and similar tracking (see Section 4)
We use your data to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the platform
Process payments and prevent fraud
Send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets, alerts)
Send you marketing communications (only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe any time)
Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure performance, and (with consent) run analytics and marketing pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner.

YourBrand is not intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email or in-product banner. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept them.
